Total square footage is 4,061 square feet.
Capacity is 300 people.

Long rectangular tables that seat up to 8 people are available with chairs

 

*Weddings - 12 hour rental                                     $1300.00 + $650.00 refundable deposit ($1950.00 total)

*Hourly Rentals -                                            $125.00 per hour (up to 3 hours) + refundable deposit

*Other Rentals - 8 hour rental                         $1000.00 + $500.00 refundable deposit ($1500.00 total)

ABOVE RENTALS INCLUDE USE OF KITCHEN (Except use of dishwasher, glassware & fryers)

* Fundraiser Bingo - 1 day rental                      $1025.00 + $500.00 refundable deposit ($1525.00 total)

                                                                              Organization MUST provide their own Bingo License

                  Eureka can provide Bingo Supplies if needed for additional fee of $130.00

         Includes: 20 Regular Game Cards, 4 Special Game Cards, 1 Losers Game Card & Paper Bags for Trash
